Approach:- get to know each other based on c.v.
- orientation within the organisation
Feedback to the candidate
Options:
- second round of selection interviews with the business unit and HR
- Case preparation and discussion
Final interview with CEO and/or one of the partners
Decision
Contract interview
- Proposal of the contract
- signature

Spontaneous application:

Options:
- You will be invited for a first interview
- Your application will be transferred to the recruitment reserve and you will be contacted as soon as your profile corresponds to one of the vacancies.
Each time a (new) function becomes vacant, your c.v. will be considered in function of the requested profile. People corresponding to the profile will be invited for an interview.
