Job Description
As client operations executive you are part of the client
operations department which is a facilitator in market research
projects. The team assists in all types of research projects,
quantitative as well as qualitative data collection methods and
supports project managers at several moments in the project
process.
Job essentials
• You adjust lay-out and format of word questionnaires in
different languages in line with our quality requirements.
• You implement textual questionnaires in our software system, as a
basis for technical implementation of the online questionnaire.
• Before a questionnaire is sent to our clients and/or respondents
it is checked on several dimensions. You perform the last quality
check of all online questionnaires, including control of spelling
mistakes, logic of the questionnaire, user friendliness, correct
implementation of visuals, …
• Responses to open ended questions need to be categorized or coded
in order to quantify them. You analyze those responses and deliver
the results in a reporting format to the project manager.
• You handle project logistics based on a briefing and following
procedures & manuals.
• As part of a bigger team, you closely work with process managers
and client IT project managers who you keep informed on the
progress and project status.
Profile
General requirements
- Bachelor degree in management assistant, advanced languages or marketing, or other similar educations
- Excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Native French or knowledge of any other languages is a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
